That's negavite , according to the NFL trading rules.

you dont re-make a medical test to a player that is allready enroll with one team, you only make him do the physical.

and you are not going to found that anomaly on that examination, tampa should have report that on the medical card of the player.

So yeha, i think they should have the pic back, and as a matter of fact they did try to get it back, tampa is claiming that the condition was not show on the medical.
