Played it a few weeks after it was open - basically if you were scottish it was an introductry price of £25 per round if you weren't it was £250. I put on my Scottish accent and paid my £25.00 great course - but no wind rather like the video. Wide fairways etc, hopefully for the Scottish Open the rough will narrow the fairways and the wind blows its tits off, or I am affraid a score of -15 or more will probably win. Well, I hope this years Scottish Open at Castle Stuart is the start of many more to come, the course layout looks brilliant and will sort out quite a few golfers. Just watch yir balls dinna land in the Moray Firth, or they will gey gey drookit.
