  • McCoy had an injury that would not be worsened by playing the rest of the game. Thus the need for another evaluation, if its bad, its over, if its not so bad...well its up to the player, coach etc. McCoy chickened out plan and simple, of course I wouldn't expect many 3rd round QBs or above to play after a stinger.

  • @GrpAStrep The thing is that it wasnt up to him obviosuly because coach brown would not let him play he wanted to so badly!!! He got hit a ton worse and played through it throughout his career never missed a game in his career he was a stud! So for coach brown to decide for him he cant play it had to be a legit injury

  • well if u cant feel ur arm its kinda hard to move your arm?

  • I am not a Texas fan, but I was so impressed with his response to such a tough question. This interview is one of the top 10 college football moments of the past decade.

  • Insanely classy.

  • @GrpAStrep Uhhhh, dude have you never heard the part of the story where he stood in the locker room and threw to his dad and coudn't throw it 10 yards? He couldn't feel his arm you moron. sleep on your arm all night and when you wake up pick up a football and try to throw it. Then imagine doing that with Bama's defense rushing you.

  • He definitely said the truth. Give God glory and that He is in control.

  • Hook 'em colt. We miss you in austin.

  • Im a die hard Boomer Sooner fan but i am a Christian first and Colt makes me proud to proclaim Jesus as my saviour to be the winningest QB in NCAA history and get hurt the Championship game and still give God glory that says something about a man I pray he does good in Cleveland!!! GO BOOMER SOONER and all you Cornhusker haters its been one have fun losing in the Big 10!

  • @NoClassPranking

Oh come on, literally every athlete ever talks about God being in control, he's a fake ass t-sip.

  • @schneids02

Boy, I'll bet your feel stupid now.

  • I'm an Aggie, but I have to say Colt McCoy is one of the greatest people I've ever seen. When he said, "I've never questioned why things happen the way they do...God is in control," it literally sent chills down my spine. That man is a great one and will go far in his life. Even if it didn't seem like it to him on that particular night.

  • @baker7286 Actually you didn't win the game last year. 13-12, right? Oh and what happened in Lincoln? Maybe I was dreaming, but 20-13 right?

  • @baker7286 13-12. Hook 'Em.

  • @baker7286 Yea, they played good Saturday bro. OVER RATED!!!!
