Hi!
This is my V-Sit Abs Workout. This excercise requires not only ab strength, but balance, coordination, and FLEXIBILITY!
Give it a try, stretcinh first and then focusing on contracting every single muscle in your abdomen.

    I started by training long time ago, but when I started I took more or less one month to gain the flexibility necessary to perform this exercise.

    I usually do 3 sets of 60 five days a week. You'll see that when your flexibility increases, your limitation won't be your tight muscles but your ab strength.

    Having good flexibility makes your muscles harder, making them contract more than ever, giving you better results.

    Just wondering how long did it take you to get that flexible?

    How many Vsits can you do?

    Do you feel that your flexibility adds onto the effect and benefits from the exercise?
