im not a big fan of domesticated vegtables, but i absolutley LOVE herbs and many other exotic plants. Artichokes are probly amongst my favourite... something you might wanna try, is buying marinated artichoke hearts (kirkland is the best brand) and place them in between crackers and philadelphia cheese. I know it sounds nasty but it tastes like cream-cheas jalepino taquitto. ;]

Take your scissors and snip off the sticker on the end of each leaf! It only takes a minute or two per choke, but really improves the eating experience!

Can't wait to try this out. Also looking for a recipe for baked Artichoke with a Brie stuffing mix minus the choke. Had it at a local restaurant in Charlotte NC which has since closed.
May I ask what type of knives you use? Please tell me Cutco lol.
