Yes. Hack into the jagex database and unmute yourself or go and work there for like 40 years until you become CEO.

i started on normal chat and then pressed a button and went to quick chat i can't get it off can someone please help

Uhh just cancel it either by right clicking cancel I think or pressing a button.

yes, u have to email jagex "costomer support" and tell them u made a mistake

the same thing happened to me, i made an account name "fukallofu" but i said his age was 7, cuz i clicked a random year
