The legendary 1998 filmclip for Sydney band Salacious Crumb's lead single from their Brainwash EP, "The Ultimate Song" Directed by Peta Ridley, Michael Farrelly with assistance by the band, they used a grand total of $600 to create a low budget classic. (And before any of you make accusations about Tenacious D / Tribute etc, this was at least 5 years BEFORE they did it. If anything, Tenacious D should be the subject of scrutiny. Coincidence ? The "ultimate" song, the karaoke filmclip complete with lightning special effects AND the similar sounding band name ? Hmmm...) Anyhow, enjoy...
