A Korg MS-20 showing that after thirty years she's still worth every knob, in a simple bass sequence together with a Roland D-50 in the VintSynth Studio in Almere, the Netherlands.

  • Can you just buy a ticket or something to get in and try all of these synths ? Or is it a private collection ? I live in Bussum so, one day i could go there and see these beasts :-)

  • I LOVE this. Cool as f***!! Give us some more of the same!

  • Korg legacy MS20 is as near to this classic you can get without buying the real thing. I have legacy and M1/Wavestation and can recommend all!! .. had it for years and updated regularly. Great hybrid patch synth the MS20/10 just crack open a beer and tweek to your hearts content! :0) nice!

  • KORG RULES!

  • Alas, i was playing dumb. I installed the legacy pack and there in front of me on it's first preset was the answer to my question. No envelope1 needed at all. It also made a good lesson in how unlike a real ms20 the legacy version sounds.

  • Just got one of these. Having only used the likes of the yamaha cs10 - 15 before these things are still a mystery to me. I'm trying to figure out how to assign envelope 1 to the filter for a good fat bass with a decaying filter sweep. HELP!!!! Assigning the modwheel for cutoff etc is all pretty logical but i can't get that damn ev1 to play. Fumbling around, putting things in holes in the patch bay like a virgin lol....... Lush sound you're getting out of the ms here btw :)

  • Visually boring compared to some but sonically great.

  • i Love the d-50:D got one;) great synth! i have the korg ms2000b and its great to, but nothings like the original ms20! go analog!

  • Great sinth !!!
