10 Reasons Why I'd Hate to go to Heaven (part one)

Part 1 of 2. The concept of heaven (and hell) is overwhelmingly simplistic and more importantly, is catastrophically flawed. Its a concept that wouldn't be out of place in a comic book, or cartoon.

Obviously I realise why people are motivated to believe in it, but just because you need something to be true, unfortunately doesn't mean that it necessarily is. Even if you definitely believe a book that says it's definitely true.

I will no doubt get many "arguments" against this video that will simply state "heaven is best thing you can imagine" or "its even better than you can imagine" or "the bible says....". Whilst I admire your conviction, it would be significantly more beneficial to your case if you presented a riposte to the actual points made in this video. Rather than simply say "heaven is awesome".

For example. "God's admission policy isn't evil, divisive and sadistic because......" etc.

Purely to aid my understanding of the subject (and hopefully everyone elses), if you believe in heaven, could you state in your comments how your life would be affected, if in fact heaven didn't exist. How would it impact your outlook of life, motivation, happiness etc. Likewise hell if you wish.

God is easily offended, you can never die. exciting, utopia bliss, hate to exist forever, 9 reasons you're a Christian, infinite, purgatory, angels, angel, harps, throne, heavens gate, gates, bliss, utopia, perfection, trumpets, harp, eternal love of the lord, building a ladder to heaven, clouds, beauty, beautiful, satan, the devil, burning fires of hell, gnashing of teeth, virgins, blonde, fairy tales fairy tales to command and induce obedience and subservience, servitude, bible quotes, punishment, atheism atheist agnostic, religion is flawed.

However I was making the point that invariably if you call yourself a christian, its generally a rule that you believe the bible is true, and also that you live by what jesus taught. Have you heard of jesus?

@lindsey842 Actually, a majority of agnostics and atheists know more about religion than religious people do, because most were raised religious. Look it up if you don't believe me, there have been numerous studies done on it.
