oh ok! thank you im going to see if i can do this challange too ill prolly only get to 25. lol but this is a good workout idea to i need something to mix it up.

@noneedchick they work different muscles....any different position either works that set of muscles differently or a new set of muscles...personally, I feel the main difference in my abductors and top of the hamstrings...never felt that pain b4...must be from the heels...hope I helped

warrior...that's a challenge I will have to try...ouch!!! I do 4 pyramid sets of sumo squats (on squat/lunge day) with various dumbells (25-40). This heel ish is a whole 'nother level. You continue to inspire me Warrior!
