I watched Dr. Oz for a year now. They have these "experts" tell you EXCERCISE hard sweat, no pain no gain and et al. I took up walking and biking. I went on a 20 mi. bike ride and ended up in the HOSPITAL with a STROKE (I have the start on video! These bastards are out to kill you!!!! Now I have to Pay and pay and pay and I was held prisoner for 2 mopnths cost about $70,000 of super inflated bills. I was ORDERED to get help from a SHRINK! I had a heart attack I am NOT CRAZY!
