@RyanTheSamurai Yes, any new updates will likely result in you being unable to wear the cape, but due to it's literally INSANE stats, most people make the effort to complete whatever the update brings

how do you stay motivated to play rs? i feel like they update to much and it just makes more to do in game and i cant catch up on anything previous and idk i think something that gets me down is not being able to get 99s i want because of gp's also not being able to get items for the same reason :/
