From what iv been able to find out it will be a replacement for the Mazda 6 and will have an all new designed rotary engine with available turbo and a possible v8 option

4 rotors would be a bit unreasonable.
2 rotors using the production version of the 16X .... Maybe. 3 rotors... Probably not since Mazda didn't produce or even attempt to the best of my knowledge to produce a 3 rotor variant of the Renesis.

I think this might become the new Cosmo. For the right price I'd buy it. But if Mazda get's entirely too proud and wants 50- 300K US like Lexus, I'd have to pass.
