@zakthextremist Dear Friend, We are not quite sure what you mean by "being tormented by an astral shell." Do you mean that you feel there is some sort of negative energy or spirit bothering you? How does this manifest. If we could know a little more, perhaps we could offer more specific information. Meanwhile, perhaps something in the attached document might be of help to you.

I was suicidal , I didn't really want to die just had a lot of shit goin on , I'm glad I'm staying I kno it's wrong to go b4 my time ? Whenever that may be , also to think u cud die a little child's is sad :( what about people who were mentally ill in life ? A friend of mine died and I wondered is he normal now ? In the astral ? Spiritual ? Anyway I believe that , when we die we go to our own place of belief , ie Christian plane buddic plane and so on , so if u were a Christian u wud go we'
