did you like this movie?

I don't know much about this story. But from bits
and pieces I pick up from other commenter..the
parents of the daughter refused the marriage of
their daughter to a post monk, right? The girl
bagged the king to allow her to marry him (monk) Who killed the monk? I want to give
judgment to what the king did to the girls
parents. I just want to know whether the king
was in the right to put them to death for their
action. (parents)

her mum want her daughter with a rich husband not like tom poor thats why she trying to break this true between tom and teav

king put the parents to death b/c they refused
to let her marry a poor monk.

Did I like the movie, is that a Q for me?
So n so... I don't understand all that well.
I don't spend a lot of time watching Khmer
movies. I just think most of them are base
on superstitions, rather than reality. Never-
theless, I like the traditional clothing.

you know in cambodia the king have to be strong like if you do somthing very wrong your whole generation will get kill if you do somthing a little bit wrong then he just want to kill you not your generation thats what the law were made along time ago

Currylova, I think it was foolish for the King to
have done that. This love story did not threat
the King in anyway. It was not in his juridiction
to commence a death sentence to the parents
or whole village. They did not conspire against
him but that only the parents wish that their
daughter would not marry this particular person. Hey, there are more than one person
to love beside that particular one, why lose a
life over that one? O well, what is stronger
than love? Nothing!
