@IsoMorphix People like their music, Their music is good, and they get shit for it because apparently if you're in any kind of rock band whether its alternative or punk rock and you're signed to a major record label you get shit for it. Green Day's FUCKING AWESOME so go get a life

@DarkGuitarKid This isn't about "punk rock". Fuck that. Real "punk" bands never get record deals, play to a crowd of 8, and never make peace with their own existence.
The point is that this musical's very existence is both ironic and telling. Ironic in that Green Day still calls itself a "punk rock" band, and yet they are at the peak of their own corporatism. Telling in that I can guarantee you that this band has 1 album left before EVERYONE stops caring.

He's really good at acting. Too bad he doesn't sing AND act for a career. I mean, he's prolly get a lot of shit, he already gets a lot now, but he's really good. And I'm not saying that because he's my favorite musician or he's my inspirer, but because I honestly mean it. He;s gonna be on nurse jackie.... I've never seen it before but Imma watch it just to see how well he does :))
