  • hiii!!! i want to lose weight, what kind of exercises i will do? (sorry but i don't speak english very well) cardio? and are cardio and workout the same thing?

  • @elixabeths No worries about your English, I understand you just fine! I think it is great that you want to lose weight. You definitely want to do 'cardio' which are workouts that get your heartrate up. Start with what is comfortable for you--maybe 10 min. at a time, and slowly increase your time until you build up your endurance and strength. Good luck in your weight loss. I love that most of these moves are things I can do in the privacy of my room, I am still getting the hang of a lot of the moves so I would just feel to silly with anyone else seeing me. Plus I can just do the workout in my pjs or undies or whatever lol. I love to add moves that I can do easily like leg lifts instead of the side to side Grapeevine etc.. I also love to add the Killer Abs and sometimes the Killer Killer abs to my cardio . Lots of love !

  • I don't have enough space in the room I am working out in to do some of the moves like Jazzy Grapevine and rocking horse so is it ok if I just do like Heel digs, scoops, the side to side single thing and stuff that does not require as much ground space?
