I NEED HELP. I just got fired because of balancing issues T.T but seriously, I always make sure that I give the good amount of money to the people but still, I got fired cause my balancing is not regular.. WHAT CAUSES BALANCING ISSUES and do you have any tricks ?

@MissPatatee well if you got fired for balancing issues, it either means that at the end of your shift your register was short or over a couple dollars. Did Target warn you about the issue? The best way to make sure you don't go over the amount is to give out the desired change, but count it in front of the customer. It's a good way to double check that you are giving out the correct change, so then you'll stay more consistently balanced in the register.

Most of the customers I get through my drive thru don't even look at me let alone speak to me. I'm there smiling, telling them good morning and have a good day and they have this "I'm going to kill you" expression as if I've done something horribly rude. Or when you need to ask them to repeat one simple thing about their order cause you weren't sure if you heard it correctly, and they tell you their entire order all over again. Its like dude, I just asked if you said pies or fries.

I'm stuck in a dead end job at a grocery store all because I quit school. Kids please don't drop outta school you will regret it everyday. I'm going back to school trying to change my life.

I remember my first job a customer is all like this is the last time u serve me when I was being so nice and everyhting right -__- PLus I just started working in a diff job and omg this people can be rude I'm just like damn I thought everyone was nice and stuff silly me -__- Cashier is not the best job for me

@MinkTV500 holy shit i just wtached your video, i work at target it has its decent moments, but its money tho, but i really hate it after getting the "reshop" or "returns" and pushin them out im in electronics/toys/sproting/home imp and hate it but on xmas eve i did cashiering and was tired and it was bit warm since i kept bagging shit and some lady and me talked about water and how hot it was and she bought me a water and said happy christmas and that shit put smile on my face lol

i work for costco and everyday i get so many customers saying "oh i only came in for one item and ended up getting all this" and they start laughing so i have to laugh too but in my head i'm straight up ANNOYED!

I work at a small grocery store/ gas station in the middle of a hick town and everyday there is a smelly old redneck in the store buying bananas saying he has to get bananas to feed his monkey the last ones where to long he choked on them

I work for TGT and I know how u feel. I agree with u. Little words can change ur whole day! There's lots of idiots out there! People who pisses my off are those who r on the phone then they take their receipt without saying thank you!!!! Love when people say "happy holidays and god bless u " I

I love this video. I understand you 100%. Working retail sucks balls man. I'm always nice to customers too, but I always get that asshole sooner or later. I can't stand when a customer doesn't read a sale sign correctly then get mad. Or when they wait until the whole transcation is over to tell me the price didn't ring up right. I didn't realize how rude and nasty people were until I started working in retail.

Oh man...I know how you feel. Worst job in the world, i've had things thrown at me,screamed at ect people dont realize how shitty it is.

but to be honest.. "oh you`were hiding`` truth is I was hiding LOL
