MPI Wizard Of Oz Segment Creeper Guy (mid 80's) (#1)

I thank Kristin for this. This is soooo painful I could only watch this one time -- when I dubbed it to DVD. She warned me. She warned me.

I have no clue who this man is, who these kids are, why they are here, why they feel the need to summarize what is going on in this japanese animated Wizard of Oz. It's just ... weird.

Oh right this one has commercials too...

I know I wanted the Barbie Ice Cream Shoppe. But I don't think my mom would get it for me because it would've been too messy. I don't know.

That's the exact reason why I never got it growing up.

I had that Barbie tiki lounge when I was 9, we got it in mint condition at the thrift store. Mom washed it really well though, she let me make shaved ice with playset once, and only once.

Just an FYI, in the commercial for the specail olympics (800 Santa) the little person sitting on the chimmney is Jerry Maren, is was one of the original Lollypopp Guild members in the 1939 movie version of "The Wizard of Oz". He was the one in the green outfit, and hand Judy Garland the lollypop. A little trivia for you to enjoy.

Watch the little girl in the blue from 3:41 on, trying to get the binky out of the baby's mouth, pulling & prying. Then the girl in red tries to steal it. Then they both deal with the conundrum of getting it back in the baby's mouth. Rotfl. Funny & distracting!
