  • I was part of a small group of guys from First Baptist Church Woodstock who made the video that is played on the screens when they sing this. It's cool to see it being used live. I wouldn't post this if it wasn't true. God Bless!

  • Nice work, thank you!

  • You got it all wrong dude, check out this book and see who the real Fascists are:

  • Can someone give me the name of the vocal group so I can give them credit in the video description.

  • @YesMan46 it's avalon

  • @garrisonaw THere were none. First of all, there were no R&B acts there. None. It was surely about the troops but a variety of different genres to appeal to everyone in armed forces would have been nice. Every year, thankfully someone donates time to military families in concerts. Country music isn't the only music out there. When I was at Camp Pendleton in 2008, there was a concert called "Rock the Base" where a plethora of artists there. All I'm saying is be fair.

  • You must have super-human eyesight to be able to see from the few times the camera shakily panned the audience that there were no blacks in there.

How dare you try to put a racist twist on a video honoring the soldiers who daily - and willingly - put their lives on the line to protect your freedom!? For over 200 years the military of this country have fought - and many have died - to win you the freedoms you have, and yet you take that for granted, and you abuse that freedom.

  • Avalon! I love their music!

  • Its a shame that he was the only black guy at the entire concert...there were no blacks in the audience.

  • wish jody and melissa were there. and i wish greg hadnt forgot the words. But it was still awesome! the black guy is good. (that was not a racist comment) I really love Avalon and For Freedom is my second favorite song by them! God Bless America(Cause boy do we need it)

  • actually that's gerard woods, who also filled in for jody on some of their summer dates before jeremi was hired.

  • It isn't the same without Melissa and Jody, the would have raised the floor with their amazing high notes =(
