My patients are benefiting every day from what I learned (and I am as well!). Dr. Steffie Yost
Nice intro. Consider putting a series of these out for potential patients to follow, that way when they come in, they will be a setp ahead and get more out of the class, and they will come in.
Nice Job!

Thanks for your comments. This particular seminar is for doctors, therapists and trainers who then teach posture exercises to patients / clients.
The book, Stand Taller ~ Live Longer, has exactly what you're talking about, including exercise protocols, posture anatomy, pain cycle vs wellness cycle info, to get patients/clients a step ahead before and then progressing during care. (ISBN 0979713609)
We'll work on getting some general public videos up for people to use as you described!
