  • Nice intro. Consider putting a series of these out for potential patients to follow, that way when they come in, they will be a setp ahead and get more out of the class, and they will come in.

  • Thanks for your comments. This particular seminar is for doctors, therapists and trainers who then teach posture exercises to patients / clients.

    The book, Stand Taller ~ Live Longer, has exactly what you're talking about, including exercise protocols, posture anatomy, pain cycle vs wellness cycle info, to get patients/clients a step ahead before and then progressing during care. (ISBN 0979713609)

    We'll work on getting some general public videos up for people to use as you described!
