Why didn't they take into account geographic changes between 1653 and 1974? Why weren't neighbors interviewed for the investigations to see if they were also experiencing supernatural events? Were any artifacts, identifying the property as an Indian burial ground or somekind of settlement or religious site found during constrution of Ocean Ave.? The truth won't be known because the Kaplins, the Warrens, Holzer and sightseers have contaminated the site, destroying forensic evidence

and so far he's the only who made a logical argument, namely that the RIVER has changed course and the GEOGRAPHY of Ocean Avenue has changed since Amityville's recorded history began in 1653, and the Kaplins, the Websters, Holzer, never once state they looked at a MAP OF PRE-20TH CENTURY AMITYVILLE, if they did they would've seen the geography is different then what they were seeing at the site

my theory is that the "vampirologist" is jealous and fat unt wife is just a piss ant because she didn't make any greenbacks off of the whole thing i personally do not believe in god but i find it entirely plausible that there could be spirits of sorts seeing as so many people i know seem to think their are ghosts in their house plus from the sound of it the phake doctor ("phd") has a golddigging cow who has never been to the house herself so fuck her and shame on her for judging the lutzes

you would think if Kaplan was a real parapsychologist he would move the f*&k on and have other important cases too do ... that may need more attention then Amityville ... but instead he continued too try and prove a hoax with multiple articles and interviews. Why keep fighting when no matter what people will still have their own opinion? ... he was just burned and jealous he got fired from the case. I'm paranormal investigator and u NEED too know when too just move on from a case!
