イタリー大使館日光別邸 Italian Embassy Nikko Villa

奥日光にある中禅寺湖畔は、明治中頃から昭和初期にかけて各国大使館をはじめ多くの外国人の別荘が建てられ、海外に知られた避暑地でした。イタリー大使館日光別邸は、日本­で活動していた外国人建築家アントニン・レーモンドによって設計され、昭和3年に完成しました.。以来、69年にわたってイタリーの歴代大使に愛用されてきましたが、平成­9年にイタリーから栃木県に売却され、現在は記念公園の施設として一般公開されています。
Chuzenji Lakeside which is in Oku-nikko was to do the summer retreat being which was known overseas with the villa of a lot of foreigners including the embassy of every country built from the middle of Meiji to the early stages of Shouwa.　
The Italy embassy Nikkou villa was designed by foreigner architect Antonin Raymond who worked in Japan and was complete in 1928.　
Since then, it was used habitually by the successive ambassador on Italy for 69, but it is sold to Tochigi Prefecture from Italy in 1997 and at present, an opening to the public is done as the facilities in the memorial park.
