If you have grenades while on doctor round, just as the doctor is about to take your gun, pull out your grenade and hold it, and the doctor will take the grenade instead.

yes, also let him know that you can still shoot zombies while he is reviving, just press the button to change weapons while reviving and u will pull out your current gun

@Killer0079ly uhm u might want to refraze your sentence it sounds wierd anyways Im done with this conversation the people that have played zombies on any map really and made it to 30s+ know that you dont hit many zombies with a ray gun it might feel like you did because you probably fired many shot (DONE)
