@Soccer4StarPlayer - I think you might have missed the "joke" element of this song. He's doing exactly what he says all those "other" guys do. He's purposely being hypocritical. It's meant to be silly. That's why he goes from having watched the Notebook 7 times to having watched 17 times (3:55 in the video).
