@Coasterintheyard There isn't any place to buy parts for this. The parts I did buy might have been $30-40 at the most. It's the time involved that makes it expensive. PVC is far too crude a material to use for something like this. The material cost of making it out of aluminum isn't that much anyway. Again. It's the machine time that makes it expensive.

@vanamonde2 I think you could save some money buy making the chopper out of pvc. Also, you could buy parts whole sale. It also would be cheaper to make a simple control circuit consisting of 555 timer chips and relays (like I'm using for my homemade siren), what I'm using for my homemade siren.
