http://www.myspace.com/judymowatt An early gospel-reggae tune from Ms Judy Mowatt, recorded somewhere between 1967-1973. This tune was released by Trojan in 1974, but I know there is another version that Judy Mowatt sang with 'The Gaylettes', it would be great if anyone did have that version to do it as a video response.

  • First time I listen Judy Mowatt on your channel..a diferent kinda positive vibe..it doesnt sound like such an old track.. I like the cracklin sound lol.....thats gospel I suppose...fits in everytime...nice sista..

  • Actually, the first time you listen to Judy Mowatt on my channel was 'Black Woman' - you've forgotten thats all. Judy Mowatt is my favourite out of the I-Threes' solo careers. This track could be as old as 42 years but no younger than 36 years. I got it from Trojan's 'Hit Me With Music' album of 1974 but it's older than when they released it. A further bit of info that not many know, but Ms Mowatt was the first woman to have produced a reggae album 'Black Woman' in 1979.

  • Actually little lady..I did not 4get.& I have that Judy track buried deep in my faves from the first day it came of the rootsdaughter press lol *) ...I should have said first time I " listened " was on your channel...could neva 4get her...I mean I never really listened her solo from the I threes...then she pops up on your channel...that was nice..as you have your own distinctive tastes...yes Black woman is defo a beautiful track sista..

  • Lol@ came off the rootsdaughter press... you're funny... I think I would've gone out of business within weeks going by my pressing quality...lol
