Whatever you're talking about is so wrong, sir. In the skate community there is a term we use for what he does, and it's called "Perf-Pop."

Its just a small simple flick of the stick and it will give you the height as if he was in the full crouch position.

If you ever look at his skater throughly, you see he DOES go all the way down. Its just the eyes cannot catch it at this speed.

I've skated with Mr. Huber multiple times and can tell you he plays on hardcore mode.
