REPORT: On the West Bank, the gap between the street and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is widening. People are disappointed that Abbas has explicitly pointed out Hamass responsibility in the crisis over Israel's offensive on Gaza.

  • Oh now you're white eh?

  • filthy dirty minded man

  • This end of Fart-ahhhhh for sure and Mahmud Arab-ass. fart and ass-- I am good!

    traitors!!!

  • Its the palestinian peoples fault that choses terrorists for leaders..

  • Its clear who those protestors in the West Bank are behind, they even admit it. They are for Hamas.

  • About 40 percent of West Bank is off-limits to Palestinians. There are more

than 120 settlements built on confiscated land & separate roads for the 250,000

Israeli settlers. More than 600 vehicle checkpoints and obstacles slow travel

in the West Bank, an area smaller than Delaware. Soldiers admit their job is to bulldoze Arab homes in Nablus-as well as threaten, arrest, injure or kill Palestinians with impunity. Protesters including 8 year olds are shot or locked up for days of beatings.

  • You stupid little stooge.."tangible" my ass. WTF are you talking about? They've erected walls and the momentum of settlements is increasing! Israel pledged to stop their construction but as usual they lie.. there's continuing construction in 88 of 150 of the settlements already authorized Israeli government; the settlement of Ofra, the largest illegal settlment is built on land privately owned by palestinians. ALSO they're building permanent structures in 34 unauthorised settlement outposts.

  • All Settlements have been pulled from West Bank since Operation Northern Lights in 2006. There is no occupation in the West Bank, or in Gaza. Israeli Police took the Jewish Settlers out by force, and bulldozed their homes, leaving only greenhouses and open land for Palestinians.

If you have tangible examples of current West Bank raids, following Fatah's control over Hamas in that region, I'd be interested in hearing, as the above operations are before this time.

    Thanks again.

  • There's been massive expansion in the number of settlers in West Bank & East Jerusalem, where 2.3 million Palestinians live. Settlers in West Bank have grown from zero in 1967 to 275,000 forming more than 10% of the population, but controlling far greater % of the most productive land. Standard Israeli military procedure is tank raids, seizing civilian homes & holding occupants at gunpoint without food or water. The process involves property theft, vandalism & violence against unarmed civilians.

  • "Operation Northern Lights" in 2006 is one example of hundreds of Israelis raids on the West Bank. Israeli soldiers backed by armoured vehicles, bulldozers and helicopters occupied Balata, largest center for Palestinian refugees in the West Bank. As they entered Balata, two 17-year-olds were shot through the neck by Israeli soldiers while standing outside their homes. Israeli forces shot live rounds into crowds of young kids throwing stones. They also used medical workers as human shields.
