i Hate what nexon has made maple now a days...

Does anyone remember dice rolling for stats? When there was no Bellocan or Khaini... the hardest boss was Zakum... dying to Crimson Balrogs on the ship to Orbis :D... and the only way to level was training or PQ, not leeching yourself to 200 and calling yourself godly. Level 100 was "Omg yay!!!!" and not "B> LEECH TO 120"... The community was much more supportive and you could always find a friend. The new Maplestory has such a sense of predetermination it's no longer fun :(

It's probably just nostalgia, but I remember playing MapleStory and it was pretty amazing back when I was younger. Too bad they don't have the game like they used to.

@SirPenguin75 I still play like i did in the old days i start a new character earn my own money level on my own cause well yeah the friend part did change i PQ alot and quest and im happy to say i love it that way i will never leech cause i find it boring and i will keep my Messos for myself and buy other stuff with it xD

Ahh those days when you've just started your Maple Story and used to make a different character before you reached Lv.50 coz you wanted to try every single class out. Sighs now those were the good days...

It was me, my friend, and my other friend, I wanted to become an Night lord, my friend an Dark knight, And my other friend a Cleric. No matter our level differences we always stuck together. Back then lvl 50's were gods and 100k was millions. I still remember coming home from school and calling them both to play together. Getting stuck by taking that yellow cab. Not knowing where we go for job advancement. Getting ores. Ah man :') We may have been kids back then..but in maple, we were Explorers.

@Vi3txJenny heheh the henesys hunting grounds was the greatest hang out and chill place in the world. it was all about a great community and chillin and no rush to level and F5'ing those high level ksers and standing on the haystack throwing subis at green mushrooms cuz no one under level 50 could possibly afford even steelies, unless they had a support character :')

nowadays, i can get steelies by going on a walk down aqua road :(
