Some printer models require this 'chip resetter' tool in order to reset the chips on the refillable cartridges. Before proceeding with these steps, try the regular chip resetting procedure by taking the cartridges out, waiting 7 seconds and reinserting them back in. If this doesn't reset your ink levels, THEN use the Chip Resetter by following the instructions in the video.
