Thanks for the video SEC brother. I bought one yesterday and did an 8 lb. turkey with the potatoes like you suggested. Can't believe how easy it was. AND most important the food was awesome. Really easy to transport to our tailgate (LSU). I also saw that you suggest Wayne's at the Livingston exit, I love Wayne's BBQ too. Small world.

This will be the second Thanksgiving that I use mine... next week, I'm going to try duck and for Christmas I'll do another goose. When I bought this I figured it would be a once a year thing, but I find myself bringing it out way more often.
