Yeah, weight loss was not the goal of this little venture, but I was expecting some. I'm maintaining lean mass by trying to get enough calories in the day... which is hard compared to standard diet. Other than that, I'm only doing 4 weight sessions a week, mainly strength training, so low reps 5-10 range, compound exercises. Caloric intake goes between 1,800 to 3,000. Some days I just can't eat the 3,000.
