  • 6.7 Kg in two weeks! OMG good job man! Thats a lot of weight in such a short amount of time. How do you maintain your lean body mass? More specifically, what kind of exercise are you doing (cardio, resistance, both)? And approximately, what is your caloric intake per day? Thanks, and keep it up. :D

  • Yeah, weight loss was not the goal of this little venture, but I was expecting some. I'm maintaining lean mass by trying to get enough calories in the day... which is hard compared to standard diet. Other than that, I'm only doing 4 weight sessions a week, mainly strength training, so low reps 5-10 range, compound exercises. Caloric intake goes between 1,800 to 3,000. Some days I just can't eat the 3,000.
