Step One: Go to http://creech53.mybrute.com Some how the game glitches whenever you go against him.
Step Two: You will lose to Creech53
Step Three: As you can tell he has a bear. This gives your guy a approximately 33% chance of getting a bear with each level you increase. So go fight other brutes and level up. I had some of my guys get the bear at level 3. It took Bear me Plox till level 5 to get his bear.
Hurry and do this before they realize that the game glitches against creech53 guy, and get your bear fast. If it doesn't work the first time try it again, only once has it not worked.

EDIT: After further testing, I have came to the conclusion that you have to go against Creech53. I have tried going against my other accounts with bears, and the new account never got a bear. It only works against http://creech53.mybrute.com
2nd EDIT: To those of you who don't believe that this is true, just read the comments. This is not a scam, it actually works.

Keep leveling up till like 5, and you should get the bear.

Will this work even with the same IP address? Or do you have to change your IP address everytime you try to make a pupil under this character?

I don't think you have to change the ip, but i mean, it doesn't hurt to change it.
