Actually there are also no Jews in the original citation by Niemöller.

Because he was arrested before the Jews.

Ofcource germany exists. But it's not "the same" germany as was defeated in the world war. The germany you are reffering to. An "unconditional surrender" means you have been screwed and that the winning parties will do whatever they whant to you.
