This is the "Blooper Reel" in Silent Hill, which is common to all the normal endings. If you've seen the opening FMV of silent hill, you'll see it's a direct parody of that. This was taken from the PSX verision, but captured using an emulator on a PC.

@CaptianApe Actually, it shows after every ending (I mean 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) It's made to show the "actors" and "actresses" of the game.
