It's still very gradeschool 101 trolling. You'r relying on unsubstantiated claims with no actual evidence to support your "case".
The video you linked is actually another hoax, but it can be used to troll neophytes who lack a basic understanding of the laws of thermodynamics.
Trolling people who know a thing of two about physics is much harder.
It requires a totaly diffrent tactic.

I'm gonna give you a few points to perfect your trolling:
Don't scream in all caps. It's too "I'm 14, and I'm a troll"
Don't be so aggressive. Nobody likes that.
Don't say 100% pure nonsense, like "magnetic energy pushes.." magnetism is a force not a source of energy.
You have to mix it up a bit, blend together real science with you nonsense in order to become a successfull troll.

If you remove the magnets, then that disc will spin for a much longer time. Your magnets are creating drag on the motor and slowing it down.
