Hi there Harley, thanks for the lets play. It's been years since I've seen this game. On a side note to persuade some people you need to persuade a number of civilians depending on the target. I think for the Police you need 8 civilians and then you can nab them in to your mob. You will need 32 for other agents however when you persuade them there are added to your agent pool. With more brain power you need less people in the mob needing only 8 people to persuade an agent with a v3 brain.

@marqueskart I used the default render and send to youtube options in Camtasia. Just don't load the 720p vid.
