I liked this song, but loved Beautiful Moon. Unsure why it has too get so ugly about the two artists, Kris and Adam. I think both are very talented. I don't think Kris won because of a Middle American phobia about homosexuals as has been implied here, I think it is simply that Kris's voice appeals to a broader audience. Adam has incredible range and his love of 80's rock is perfect for his voice. Kris seems like a new version of the 70's singer/songwriters. I'm sure both will be successful.

What is interesting is If you look around Youtube you can see that many of Kris fans are gay guys. They also love his style of singing. I think Kris won because style of singing not because Adam was gay. You can listen to this on the radio anyday.

I totally agree with you and i'm a big Adam fan, wanted Adam to win, but I'm really happy for Kris. He seems like the nicest guy ever and I think he is very commercial and will do great. I don't understand people that look up stuff they hate just to post hateful comments. It's some type of mental disease?

I love this song! I just recently listened to songs from Kris Allen's pre-Idol album and really like the style. Hope he can pick up more of that style on his next album. Also listen to Wipe It Away. It's great.
