@puncher53 What kind of bankrupt ideology would say it's ok to initiate force on individuals just because they are in the minority?
You don't need an example of anarchy in the past to know if it will work in the future or not, imagine before slavery was abolished one could have made the exact same argument: Give me an example of a society without slaves or else it's not possible.
anarchy and chaos? that's very misleading! It's just mere semantics.
@puncher53 Your profile said "United States" so I guess you're American. Are we going to pretend that the U.S constitution was not a big failure or are you going to argue that it did not start as a legitimate minarchy? A government that started as the smallest and constitutionally limited ended up as the most gigantic state the planet earth had ever seen also the one in the most debt. TBC...
@spol07 that analogy made absolutely no sense. give me a legitimate example of minarchy, (you say my country, do you know what my country is?) and then if that's possible, tell me how that failed. your right, you cant have the full support of everybody because we are individuals with differing opinions. A greater question is :what is an example of a practicing anarchy? is it no coincidence anarchy can also be defined as chaos?
@spol07 People do that inside governmental societies (burn your house down). Dont you think it's only easier to do when inside an anarchy?
Anarchy, like any other form of utopian politics, can only work if all humans in the society are intelligent and wise. Less than 1% of the 7 billion people on Earth now could be called that.
@puncher53 There are many many reasons but to name a few how about the fact that every time the minimal state was tried it miserably failed and your country is the best example of that. Any state would be illegitimate unless it has the full 100% support of the people which will NEVER happen.
Is it rational for a boxer to punch his own face to knock himself out before getting into the ring because his opponent is tough and he might knock him out?
I prefer the term "self governance." It is what we all do in reality. If people wish to have a government to rule over them, I will happily serve as benevolent tyrant of the world. They don't want me to rule them? Well, that is just how I feel about them.
I see the point
Anarchy is better choice than SLAVERY from the government, we pay taxes to sustain those idiots to govern us!

@bromordra If you looked hard enough you will find rational answers to all of your questions. Try "Practical Anarchy" by Stefan Molyneux.
