Oak Ridge Boys (known then as the Oak Ridge Quartet) sing "I'll Lose My Blues In Heaven" & "I Wanna Go Home" from their recording "Sing And Shout". Group Members: Smitty Gatlin, Ron Page, Little Willie Winn, Herman Harper, and Tommy Fairchild.
love it...used to have that album. They were true Southern Gospel music back in those days. Willie Wynn is going to be placed into the SGMA Hall of Fame this fall.
The Oak Ridge Quartet had a more pure gospel sound but later became more commercial Oak ridge Boys. until they eventually sang secular country music, until recently releasing a few gospel albums again.
