I just had mine! Don't know if this is how it works in all states. There were about 10 of us in a private room being represented by the same attorney. Each called up to the table where the Trustee and Attorney sat. I got called last, so I got to see how others were processed. Mine wanted to know from each "why are you declaring bankruptcy? I had my reason rehearsed. He seemed satisfied, and I was cut loose. Pretty much a formality. Very easy. Better than going to the dentist :-). RELAX!
