often times we find ourselves in a
cycle of uncertainties
insecurities, they cling on like leeches,
draining every drop of confidence
the very sustenance to smile

but you know, it's not the end of the world
yes it's hard, but it's not like you can't try
and who knows, there'll be more than just a pot of gold
fight your way to the other side
don't give up
this is your fight

clouds of grey, here they come to upset your sunny day
what's worst it brings the rain
and you're caught unprepared
time can seem like a foe
and all you've got are your toes
curled up and your eyes closed, fingers crossed
