I have undergone two heart surgeries and I am telling you that It is very scary to think about it. (PVC) My family members always ask me to take drugs and pills but, I do not believe in them.
I found out that when your body is very low in ATP adenosine triphosphate you heart tends to palpitate. So what I found out is eating lots of salad kept my heart palpitations under control so you can try eating salad too.
I have PVC's..my cardiologist says there harmless and everyone gets them just unfortunately i feel them...I've done stress tests, heart cath, and 30 day monitor...he says don't worry about them. he prescribed Altenolol and it's pretty much makes them go away. I've been dealing with it about a year. I'm 36 now I still get them with the med, but nowhere near as much. At one point I got them every hour. I have suffered from chronic panic disorder for over 15 years..
one more thing anyone supplements with magnesium make sure to stay away from magnesium oxide its a poorly absorbed form of magnesium try magnesium citrate or magnesium glycinate also take calcium vitamin b6 and vitamin c for better magnesium absorbtion another thing that you could try is whole food vitamins theses vitamins absorb the best and are not synthetic stay away from centrum and one a day vitamins i can almost garrentee this is a cure for heart palpitations
hello! I just went to the doctor today and received my result stating that I have PVC's and VT. My doctor said that everything is fine for the time being but he want me to come back in in 3 months to retake the tests. I'm doing my best not to worry but I have PVC's ALL THE TIME!!! I have a 2 year old little boy who was born with Tricuspid Atresia and I wanted to see if I had past some genetic heart problems on to him (I was adopted so I don't know my family medical history). I think I did. :(
My cardiologist told me its normal to get a few every hour. I get them here and there almost everyday.
Don't let pvcs scare you. Really. You won't die.

I feel your pain,Miss.
Ive been to the doctor a few times only to be told that there's nothing wrong with me.
But your know how it is,When you're in the doctors office hooked up to an ecg machine.
It doesn't happen! It's like that goddamn dancing cartoon frog.
Does your heart only skip one time? Or is it a few in a row?
Because when mine does it it's a few skips in a row.
It's so damn scary.
This crap is ruining my life.
