I too have this dvd and love it. It kicks my ass and I feel like I have worked out for hour after doing the 45 min workout. Almost like I have been put through a workout from Jillian on the Biggest Loser lol

Thanks for the review of this DVD, msbarb1. I'm trying to choose a routine with both cardiovascular & strength-building benefits that I can do between gym workouts (which sometimes are spaced farther apart than I'd like), and that doesn't put too much pressure on an injured foot; this looks ideal, and I appreciate the details you provided.

I have this DVD and it's awesome, fun and Lauren will work you out good, it has a lot on it, Joint mobility, a 15 minute workout (I do this one at least 3x a week, great when you're short on time) a tough 45 minute workout and a tutorial, This is worth the money, My favorite Kettlebell workout, and I have a few from the AOS to Amy Bento

I agree the clean is slightly different for women, but everything else... I don't think so... We all want to be lean and mean ;)

For women, the clean is different because they have breasts, it even says it in Pavel's books.

Hey:) I have a hard time understanding how kettlebell training can be genderspecific... Learning proper swing-snatch-press technique has, as i see it, nothing to do with whether you're a guy or a girl or something inbetween...
