Code 10108-0002 ClubSwim Latex Swim Cap -- Green $.099

Code 22369-0015 Sporti Solid Silicone Swim Cap -- Black $3.95

Code 14466-0012 Aquatica Solid Silicone Swim Cap -- Violet $3.95

Code 16290-0003 ClubSwim Antifog S2 Goggles $5.95

FYI - The silicone caps are much more flexible/comfortable than the latex cap.

If you like to swim but don't like the chlorine I hope this helps!

  • I recently started back into the pool again and was putting my hair up into a short pony tail at the top and wearing one swim cap. The hair lost to that cap going on and off is painful, then water would get in every single time. I'm Puerto Rican and the process of washing, detangling, putting in something for a shine, drying, then styling my hair every day is crazy. I don't want to give up the exercise, tho. Will any two caps do, or should they be the ones you demonstrate? Thanks again!

  • @Ricangal check out my video response to this original vid. i found out the caps don't matter because they are only used to keep hair from getting in your way - not to keep your hair dry. It sounds like you are using a latex cap (they pull at the hair). try a silicone cap I have no hair pulling or pain because its more flexible. hope that helps.

  • Very very helpful, thanks ! I'm using a wig cap and 2 silicon swimcaps and finally I can swim and don't damage my hair. My only problem is I need to prepare it the change room, and I can't remove and put again, so I stay swimcapped all the time when I go swim in the club or in the beach... My boyfriend complained about me wearing a swimcap all the time. What do you thing ? Wear a swimcap is so ugly ?

  • @bizarrasp if you're wearing the cap to protect your hair then keep wearing the cap. it's not that hard to put on so if you want to wait until you are getting in the water at the beach that might be an option.

  • Do you normally wear two caps for swimming? I needed this video because I've just started swimming lessons and I have a lot of hair. I didn't think that the standard caps would fit.

  • @BeautywithinSherry glad this helps! nope i don't usually wear two but I wanted to show that you could if you want to be extra careful. I also think two would be great for folks with a lot of hair when one cap isn't enough to cover the entire head.

  • ...oops. Air would somehow get underneath, causing an airbubble to form and eventually the cap would slip off? Pls post another comment after youve use the cap & let us know if they stay on

  • very helpful. i never thought to use a wig cap underneath--excellent idea. In the past Ive used latex caps but they wouldnt stay on--like some air got underneath

  • Very Helpful, you can feel the hairs pulling out from the roots when you wear them alone!

  • @BiggestMartinFan lol thanks
