Democracy has nothing to do with the legal system. Only an officer of the court can practice because the BAR's acts, torts and regulations are copyright protected to those who pay fees to use them.
Do your research before tilting at windmills.

You guys messed because you accepted your corporate name "Mr Silly BASTARD" thereby accepting their rules and acts.
You walked into a voluntary acceptance of the courts rules when you said you were present.
Under common law and as a freeman you have rights derived from the Magna Carta. But you waived those rights in accepting your "leagal person".
If you are ignorant of the legal system ( ,not law, ) you deserve tobe deceived.

As FREEMASONS [most JUDGES in AUSTRALIA] are FREEMASONS and have SWORN a PRIVATE OATH which ensures there is a DUTY to protect any 'Brethren' that are purportedly "IN DISTRESS".
The PRIVATE Oath of FREEMASONRY takes precedence to the PUBLIC Oath to act "IN THE INTERESTS OF JUSTICE"!
