Ok people this is how this works best. Furst but your hands by your cheeks, instead of going all the way up do it half way up and do it at a fast pace to get better results. Now if your neck hurts role your eyes up as if you were trying to stare at your own forehead if you guys have more questions hit me up.

hi every one....how many times it should be done??? and how many days in a weak...I just start body building. I do 3 alternate days of Biceps/shoulders and 3 alternate days of triceps/chest. one day is off...When I should do abs??
and how many times this exercise? thanks

This doesn't actually tell you anything? My personal trainer taught me how to do this exercise. Do it as shown, but as fast as you can in good form, doing as many good reps as you can. It burns like hell which is great.
