The Mercer Las Vegas Condominiums with Resident, Miriam Sala

One of our newest buyers comes to us from the beautiful city of New Orleans. Her name is Miriam Salas and she's a recent transplant to Las Vegas as the architectural firm she is a partner in, Campo Architects, has recently opened an office here. Miriam is originally from Caracas, Venezuela and I'm sure her new neighbors will love hearing that accent!

Miriam began looking for her new home in December. She had been living in a 110-year old large house in New Orleans, but was looking for a new type of living in Las Vegas. After searching on the Internet, she talked to her real estate agent about The Mercer, a property she had found. Being an architect and designer, Miriam was immediately drawn to the contemporary architecture of the low-rise, off-strip, loft-style living environment the development offered. She immediately jumped at the opportunity to become one of the first residents.

Miriam moved here in July, so took a temporary apartment while she eagerly awaits the construction to be completed on her new home. She did her homework and found that JDL Development had a phenomenal track record of building sound structures with innovative designs. She said it's going to be worth the wait.

Miriam is making a drastic change from her previous living environment, but will not miss the commute of a big city as she will be just a ten minute drive from her office. She's also anticipating spending her desert evenings on her private balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard. She looks forward to calling it home.
