  • I've always seen economists as lawyers. Worthless. They're just there to confuse you and BS you to death. Economics has everything to do with what you can do with the earths finite precious resources and nothing to do with money or interest or markets.

  • It's 40 years after the Moon landing and our so called economists can't tell the American people what has been lost on the depreciation of automobiles. Galbraith was talking about the planned obsolescence of cars in 1959.

The economists don't talk about NDP. They only depreciate capital goods.

Do a search on Economic Wargames

Double-Entry accounting is 700 years old. Why can't everyone do it on the computers we have now? Our economic theory depends on consumers being dumber than economists.

  • Give this man the Nobel prize in Economics already. Preferrably before he croaks.

  • yes! for the common good is a great book. am reading it now.

  • Thanks Prof. Daly. I recomment to everyone to read his book "For the common good". Its must read!
